Abstract. In this article, human activity is different and focused on different directions. Managers should know that if the future problems of production are not given importance in time, then it will not be possible to achieve good economic indicators in workshops and sections. Therefore, in production, the foreman, the head of the workshop and other leaders should look for prospective problems, advanced work methods, develop inventive works and introduce them, know well how to improve the skills and knowledge of workers and implement it.
