Abstract. The article discusses the goals and objectives of the personnel management system, methods of coordinated workof the personnel management system. The research used methods of analysis, synthesis, induction and deduction, and system analysis. The authors analyzed and evaluatedthe organization's personnel management system; considered the basic principles on which the personnel management system is based; systematized methods of personnel management.
