Abstract. This article provides information about the meaning of Uzbek and English proverbs, similarities and differences in education. This article also discusses the linguocultural aspects of proverbs in the Uzbek and English languages. This article presents clear and comprehensive conclusions about the role and meaning of proverbs in human life, as well as the work and research of famous authors, academics and scientists on the cultural and linguistic analysis of proverbs.
