Abstract. The article describes the legal struggle and organizational mechanisms against the transfer of materials promoting extremism, separatism and fanaticism across the customs border of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Based on the conducted research, general conclusions are given, practical recommendations are given to fight against the illegal trade of materials promoting religious extremusm, separatism and fanaticism.
