Abstract. The article notes the need to use modern methods of education in order to achieve the expected effect in the training of middle-tier legal personnel in higher and proffessional educational institutions. Materials are presented that shed light on the theoretical foundations of the application of modern educational methods. The advantages of some of the techniques used in legal education processes are highlighted today.
