Abstract. This article describes in detail the Ministry of Justice, a state organization that implements state legal policy, and its legal policy process. In recent years, in our country, the process of digitalization has become a state issue in almost all sectors and industries in order to adapt to the times and not to be left out of its requirements. Many documents have started to be digitized, including such initiatives have been implemented in the Ministry of Justice.
