Abstract. This article examines the structure of the electronic educational and methodological complex as an information model of the pedagogical system, reflecting the elements of the pedagogical system. The functions performed by the electronic educational-methodical complex in the educational process have been determined. An algorithm for designing an electronic educational-methodical complex for students of a pedagogical university in the discipline "Tourism" and "Physical education and sports and health tourism" is presented.
