Abstract. This article is about improving the legal mechanismus for protecting the rights and legal interests of participants in corporate relations, corporate coflicts that arise in the process of making important decisions regarding strategic development plans or the corporation's activities, among the participants of the corporation regarding the general activity of the corporation, general justice of the corporate disputes that have arisen. It is focused on the formation of knowledge regarding the solution in accordance with the principle and applicable laws.
