Abstract. This article provides information on intellectual property rights and their international protection. The role and importance of intellectual property in the modern world, the attention to intellectual property in our country and the various efforts being made for its development. It talks about the decrees adopted for the development of the industry in our country and the work being done in practice, as well as the organizations and conventions of which our country is a member after independence. Suggestions are also given in this area.
