Abstract. In order to develop the national economy, the article comments on the focus on the human factor in our society. Focusing on the term national economy, the role of the economy in the state that provided the foundations of the economy was determined. Based on the factors of economic development, the place in the development of the nation was shown. Opinions were put forward that it is necessary to fundamentally modernize our economy.
