Abstract. This article analyzes the transformation of pedagogical communication in the digital environment, as well as its crisis situations, causes, and consequences from scientific-theoretical and practical perspectives. The rapid integration of information and communication technologies into the educational process has a significant impact on traditional forms of interaction between teachers and students. The study examines both the positive and negative effects of digital tools on the quality of pedagogical communication, including issues such as the formalization of communication, the weakening of emotional connection, and the reduction of reflection and feedback. In addition, scientifically grounded proposals and recommendations for the effective organization of pedagogical communication are developed.
